Partners and friends

Little Woman Home for Animals has partnered with responsible online providers to offer products and services that will benefit you and your pet while our partner shares a portion of each sale with LWHA. Those much needed funds go immediately to pet care and ongoing maintainance and expansion here. It's just one more way that LWHA supporters can help our ongoing efforts to care for aged, sick or abandoned animals. Thank you!

We also would like to introduce you to some of our best friends and the projects they are involved in or services they provide. There support, along with so many others, is what makes all we do at LWHA possible.

Alleviate the financial stress associated with your pet’s unexpected medical expenses and generate funds for our shelter at the same time. Simply apply for a ShelterCare Pet Insurance Program by using the ShelterCare banner-link above.

Here’s how it works: ShelterCare Pet Insurance Programs cover you when your pet needs essential veterinary care from an illness or injury. Also, every time a completed application for a ShelterCare program is generated through our shelter’s website, we automatically receive a $25 donation to help cover common needs like blankets, litter and food. This donation is at no cost to you and provides us with essential funds.

"I have shared my life with cats since I was a child and cannot imagine living without them. I try to capture their unique qualities in my art. I use acrylic paint because it washes easily out of cat fur when some of my models choose to take a more active role in the artistic process." Leslie sponsors Baby at LWHA and works in a vibrant and personal style of art that is instantly recognizable as original.

Don Amiet sponsors the ever-elusive yet charming Chunky Boy, and is an accomplished author with a lot more public profile than CB shows most of the time. His last book, The Belle of Boise, was published a year ago and he generously mentions Little Woman Home for Animals within the plotline. If you enjoy a good read, take the link below to Amazon and pick up a copy, or one of his other eight paperback or Kindle editions.
