Can't adopt an animal to take home? one of our enduring residents? We have many dogs and cats. Most will live the rest of their lives with us, requiring special care. For $25 a month or $300 a year in sponsorship donations, you can keep one of our animal friends healthy and well cared for, even if you can't physically shelter one. Please contact us to sponsor an animal.


Little Woman Home for Animals is blessed to have some of the greatest volunteers and supporters there are. Whether you live in the Huntsville, Texas area and want to join in the care of these beautiful creatures or live at a distance and assist in the work through your donations, you will have become an essential link in the many 'small miracles' that we see here every day.

LWHA seeks volunteers who love animals and can help us with a wide variety of assistance, such as kennel and cage cleaning, feeding, grooming, walking dogs, construction and office work...or suggest some other way you'd like to help out!

Don't forget many employers will match contributions made by employees, some will also donate $ for volunteer hours worked.
