In Memory of Diane Holmes
Se necesita una persona muy especial para brindar a docenas de gatos (y algunos de sus amigos caninos) la atención que desean en un minuto, luego arremangarse y limpiar después de ellos todo el siguiente. Diane manejó estos dos deberes esenciales con paciencia, entusiasmo y mucho amor.
Before arriving in our area, Diane was already involved in animal rescue in Houston. She became a volunteer at LWHA in 2007 and was made a staff member in 2008...but volunteered her afternoons. She also took her work home with her through fostering new arrivals at times. She was a wonderful example of the level of dedication and love that LWHA provides...and she will be greatly missed by all.
