As LWHA 's Official Unofficial Mascot, Earl has become a familiar fixture at LWHA. His drive to be the Best In Breed (he was an only child) has shaped Earl's curious nature and reputation as the Resident Rainmaker for getting things done around here.

Earl started in the warehouse on box inspections...
becoming the go-to guy for advice on shipping questions.
Earl dug for the answers, while others sat on their hands.
Later, that job was expanded to cover packing materials...
